CalPal: Calendly Integration "the App" provides an easy way to create Calendly pop-ups for Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: your store name and store URL. We will also send events to the MixPanel analytics service to track the usage of the App by the merchant. This allows us to fix bugs and improve the service we provide to users. We do not collect any other data about merchants and we do not access or store any data about your customers.

We may also share any Personal Information we do have to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for details regarding the information we have about you and the way we handle it. Additionally, you have the right to have this information corrected or deleted.

If you are a European resident, please note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe to our secure servers in Canada and the United States.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
